As part of a wider server upgrade, Vidicenter will soon change it's IP addresses - This is a regular occurrence that happens once or twice a year.
However, if your proxy server or firewall is using the previous IP address, this will stop all uploads from the boxes installed on the network with this proxy and/or firewall.
In order to prevent that, please make sure to always use the following for whitelisting: api.quividi.com - port 443
